Pre-Opening and Ramp-Up

Northbridge was engaged by a Northeast not-for-profit to advise the board and operations team for a multi-year program to move the assisted living and skilled nursing in a +100-year-old building to a new facility nearby.

The new building expanded the offerings to short-term rehab and memory care, the latter of which the client had no experience. Focusing on the assisted living product, Northbridge was instrumental in maintaining 100% occupancy in the original building before the move, along with developing and implementing new collateral, positioning, market awareness, lead generation, and sales practices and reporting, and opened the new building 60% pre-leased.

Comprised of 73 private pay assisted living units and 31 memory care units, the client reached 100% occupancy in twelve months.
